Key Requirements (Summary)
HSE Field Supervisor
• NEBOSH IGC / IOSH (NEBOSH O&G preferred)
• 8+ years HSE experience in oil & gas
• Strong field safety supervision
Control Panel Supervisor / C&I Engineer
• 7+ years in Electrical/Electronic/Instrumentation (Drilling Industry)
• Experience with SSV/SCSSV systems
• Control system maintenance & troubleshooting
Senior Field Supervisor – Wellhead & Downhole
• 12–15 years in Drilling Operations (Co-Man/Toolpusher/Rig Manager)
• Well intervention & downhole support
• Emergency response & well integrity expertise
Wellhead Supervisor / Specialist
• 10+ years in wellhead installation, maintenance, and commissioning
• Strong PTW/JSA and KOC safety compliance
Well Intervention Specialist / Supervisor
• 10–12 years in Co-Man, Toolpusher, Rig Manager roles
• Well killing & SCP remediation skills
Well Intervention Engineer
• 5–10 years in intervention planning or drilling engineering
• Program preparation & well integrity support
