Senior Software Developer / Engineer / Project Manager – Temenos T24 Project
Location: Kuwait

AJWA Strategy, on behalf of its client, is seeking an experienced and driven Temenos T24 (Transact) professional to lead and implement digital transformation projects within the banking and financial sector.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on high-impact Temenos T24 implementations, upgrades, and system integrations — shaping the future of digital banking across the GCC.
✨ Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end Temenos T24 implementation and upgrade projects.
Customize and optimize core T24 modules (Core, Loans, Deposits, Payments, Treasury).
Ensure seamless integration with APIs, middleware, and third-party applications.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and efficient solutions.
📘 Requirements:
5–8 years of hands-on experience with Temenos T24 (R18 or higher).
Strong knowledge of TAFJ, Java, SQL, APIs, and system integration frameworks.
Proven experience in banking technology projects or fintech environments.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or IT.
Temenos certification preferred.
Experience with Agile delivery and digital transformation projects is an advantage.
