Description
Key Responsibilities:
Strong experience in building and maintaining security systems, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, anti-virus, log management, and content filtering, as well as security monitoring tools and the cybersecurity industry.
Strong troubleshooting skills in a large-scale network environment, able to configure, troubleshoot, identify, and solve problems in a timely manner.
An understanding of the latest security principles, techniques, and protocols, in addition to new technologies (SD-WAN technology, cloud technologies, JOT).
Making proposals across several teams on cross-functional security initiatives.
Identifying and mitigating complex security vulnerabilities before an attacker exploits them.
Determining security violations and inefficiencies by conducting periodic audits.
Requirements:
B.Sc. in Computer/IT/Electronics Engineering/Science.
Minimum ten (10) years of experience in IT.
At least five (5) years’ experience in FortiGate firewalls—FortiAnalyzer and FortiManager.
Strong experience in building and maintaining security systems, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, anti-virus, log management, content filtering, as well as security monitoring tools, and cybersecurity industry, etc.
Strong troubleshooting skills in a large-scale network environment, able to configure, troubleshoot, identify, and solve problems in a timely manner.
An understanding of the latest security principles, techniques, and protocols, in addition to new technologies (SD-WAN technology, cloud technologies, JOT, etc.)
Can join immediately.
The following Professional Qualifications and Certifications are mandatory and should be met:
NSE technical certification 5 (NSE5).
NSE technical certification 6 (NSE6).
NSE technical certification 7 (NSE7).
Certified Ethical Hacking (CEH V10).
Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation.
