Job Title: Senior Recruitment Officer

Job Summary:
The Senior Recruitment Officer leads and manages the full recruitment cycle across all departments to ensure timely, high-quality hiring that supports Masaha’s operational and workforce needs. This role oversees guides hiring managers, manages overseas recruitment, enhances recruitment processes, and ensures compliance with company policies and Kuwait labor regulations. The Senior Recruitment Officer also contributes to workforce planning and continuous improvement initiatives within the HR function.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, operational, and hard-to-fill roles.
- Support manpower planning, job descriptions, and hiring strategies with department managers.
- Handle CV screening, interviews, hiring recommendations, and onboarding coordination.
- Manage overseas recruitment including agencies, approvals, visas, and onboarding until arrival in Kuwait.
- Maintain recruitment data, reports, and ensure compliance with Kuwait Labor Law and company policies.
- Develop talent pipelines and sourcing strategies through job boards, databases, referrals, and networking.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7-10 years of recruitment experience, preferably in construction, industrial, or heavy equipment sectors.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (mandatory).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and MS Office (Excel).
- Knowledge of Kuwait labor laws related to recruitment.
- Professional HR certifications are an added advantage.
