We are hiring! Senior Legal Counsel
EXPERIENCE
Provide legal advice to management on business matters and risks.
Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal controls.
Draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
Manage litigation and intellectual property (patents, trademarks, designs).
Monitor legal and regulatory changes and ensure organizational compliance.
Promote ethical legal practices and uphold confidentiality and professional standards.
REQUIREMENTS
Master’s in law.
6+ years of experience in corporate/legal advisory roles.
Strong knowledge of Kuwaiti law & MOCI procedures.
Proficiency in English and Arabic.
High ethical standards & legal expertise.
