Position: Senior Internal Auditor
Location: Kuwait City
Job Summary:
The Senior Internal Auditor will be responsible for conducting operational and process audits to evaluate business workflow efficiency, compliance, and effectiveness across company operations. Duties include reviewing operational processes, identifying gaps and inefficiencies, assessing internal controls, internal audit reports, and coordinating with departments to support process compliance and operational performance. The role requires strong analytical and auditing skills, knowledge of business operational workflows and internal controls, effective communication and reporting abilities, attention to detail, and the capability to manage audit activities independently.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in internal auditing, operational auditing, process review, or business workflow assessment
• Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English
• Proficient in operational audit processes, internal control evaluation, process documentation, and report preparation
• Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, effective communication, confidentiality, and the ability to manage audit activities independently
• Must be locally available in Kuwait
