We are seeking an experienced Senior HR professional specialized in Recruitment to manage, guide, and mentor the HR team while overseeing overall HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:
-Lead and manage the recruitment function end-to-end
-Guide, train, and supervise HR staff
-Act as the central point of guidance for the entire HR department
-Support HR policies, procedures, and best practices
-Coordinate with management for manpower planning and hiring needs

Requirements:
-Strong recruitment and team management experience
-Proven leadership and decision-making skills
-GCC HR experience preferred

Salary:
-KD 550 – 600 (based on experience)
