Position: Senior Demand Planning Officer
Industry: Food and Beverage
Key Responsibilities
✔ Review and finalize sales forecasts and measure forecast accuracy monthly
✔ Convert sales forecasts into production and raw material plans
✔ Coordinate with Purchasing, Sales, Production, Warehouse, Finance, and R&D teams
✔ Manage inventory parameters, safety stock, and reorder points
✔ Prepare monthly and annual raw material planning
✔ Handle stock shortages, supply risks, and inventory optimization
✔ Organize and manage S&OP processes (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Executive S&OP)
✔ Monitor near-expiry raw materials and finished goods and coordinate liquidation plans
Requirements
🔹 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
🔹 Background in FMCG / Food & Beverage / Industrial sectors
🔹 Strong skills in MS Office and ERP systems
🔹 Fluent in English and Arabic
🔹 Candidates currently residing in Kuwait preferred
🔹 Nationality: Open
