Description

Al Sawan is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented local Secretary to support in the daily administrative operations, ensuring smooth functionality, and whose key responsibilities include:
➖ Manage and organize office files, records, and documentation.
➖ Manage and handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
➖ Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments.
➖ Prepare reports and letters, both internally and externally, as required, while meeting set deadlines.
➖ Receive and assist visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
➖ Maintain confidentiality of information at all times.
➖ Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication.
➖ Perform daily administrative duties as assigned.

Required Skills:
➖ Strong Arabic and English linguistic and written skills.
➖ Legal and Kuwait Labor Law proficiency.
➖ Microsoft Office proficiency.

Qualifications:
➖ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields.
➖ Minimum of 10 years of secretarial work, or similar experience.
