Sales Supervisor - Consumer
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and support a team of sales representatives
- Set clear team goals and performance expectations
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching
- Conduct performance reviews and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet organizational goals
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to set sales targets and objectives
- Ensure sales representatives are equipped with the necessary tools and resources
- Ensure the team provides outstanding customer service
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain and build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Prepare and present sales reports to the Sales Manager
- Monitor and manage sales expenses within the allocated budget
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive performance
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Valid Kuwait driving license
- Valid Kuwait transferrable residency
