Sales Officer– HR & Manpower Consultancy

We are looking for an experienced Arabic-speaking Sales Manager to join our HR and manpower consultancy team.
• Manage and develop relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Generate new business opportunities and handle client requirements related to HR, recruitment, manpower supply, and consultancy services.
• Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and decision-makers.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close business deals.
• Coordinate with internal recruitment and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Proven experience in B2B sales and client management, preferably in HR consultancy, recruitment, manpower supply, or related services.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; additional languages are an advantage.
