Sales Manager - Swimming Pools and Water Feature Design & Contracting

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join a reputable Swimming Pools and Water Feature Design & Contracting Company in Kuwait

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
Generate new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and government projects
Manage client relationships from inquiry to contract closure
Coordinate with design, engineering, and project teams
Prepare proposals, quotations, and tenders
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Requirements:

Proven experience in sales within swimming pools, water features or construction contracting
Strong network in the Kuwait market (consultants, contractors, developers)
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Valid driving license
Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
