Description
We’re looking for a Sales Manager specializing in medical devices to spearhead our expanding range of capital medical equipment, diagnostic systems and surgical solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a top-performing medical sales team to meet ambitious growth objectives.
- Formulate and execute strategic business strategies to enhance market presence and enhance customer relationships.
- Oversee the complete sales process, from forecasting and bidding to cultivating key accounts.
- Establish enduring collaborations with healthcare professionals, hospital administration and procurement departments.
- Engage in cross-functional partnerships with marketing, service and regulatory divisions to provide an exceptional customer journey.
- Monitor market trends, competitor actions, and emerging technologies to pinpoint new prospects.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in medical device or hospital equipment sales/management.
- Demonstrated accomplishments in areas like diagnostic imaging, endoscopy or ophthalmic surgery.
- Profound understanding of hospital tendering, budgeting and procurement protocols.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and business skills with a focus on delivering outcomes.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities spanning clinical, technical and business domains.
