Description
The Sales Executive will work under the guidance of the Sales Manager and support all B2B sales activities related to coffee beans, coffee machines, tools, and equipment. The role includes assisting in catering sales, maintaining relationships with credit customers, coordinating with the operations team for inventory availability and catering setups, and ensuring smooth execution of sales orders and customer follow-ups.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Business Development
- Assist the Sales Manager in B2B sales of coffee beans, machines, tools, and equipment.
- Identify and approach potential B2B customers such as cafés, restaurants, hotels, offices, and corporate clients.
- Support preparation of quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and existing customer accounts to support sales targets.
- Customer Relationship & Credit Follow-Up
- Maintain regular follow-up with credit customers regarding orders, deliveries, and outstanding payments.
- Coordinate with the finance/accounts team for credit limits, payment terms, and collections.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries and resolving basic issues promptly.
Catering Sales & Coordination
- Assist in catering sales inquiries, bookings, and confirmations.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure proper catering setup, equipment availability, and manpower.
- Follow up with customers before and after catering events to ensure service quality and satisfaction.
Inventory & Operations Coordination
- Coordinate with the operations and warehouse teams to check inventory availability for coffee beans, machines, and accessories.
- Ensure timely availability of products for confirmed orders and catering requirements.
- Communicate product availability, delivery timelines, and any operational constraints to the Sales Manager and customers.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales support reports as required by the Sales Manager.
- Assist in updating customer databases and sales pipelines.
Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in coffee, F&B, or equipment sales.
Skills & Competencies
- Basic knowledge of coffee products, machines, and equipment (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work closely with sales, operations, and finance teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
- Valid Kuwait driving license.
