We’re looking for a driven Sales Executive who can grow our B2B client base, build strong relationships, and deliver outstanding sales results.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
💠Identify and develop new B2B opportunities across Kuwait (cafés, restaurants, hotels, offices, retailers, etc.)
💠Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and procurement teams
💠Present and promote CAF coffee products to new and existing clients
💠Negotiate and close deals while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction
💠Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for seamless service delivery
💠Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
💠 Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs
💠 Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports
🎓 Qualifications & Skills
💠 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
💠 2–4 years of B2B sales experience (F&B, coffee, hospitality, or FMCG is a plus)
💠 Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
💠 Results-driven with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
💠 Excellent relationship-building skills
💠 Proficient in MS Office
💠 Fluent in English and Arabic
💠 Valid Kuwait driving license & transferable residency
