Job Title: Sales Engineer (Interior Design Experience)
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer with a strong background in interior design to join our team. The ideal candidate will combine technical knowledge with sales expertise to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the interior design and fit-out sector
Understand client requirements and provide technical and design-based solutions
Prepare proposals, quotations, and project presentations
Coordinate with design and project teams to ensure client satisfaction
Conduct site visits, client meetings, and product presentations
Achieve sales targets and maintain strong client relationships
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field
3–6 years of experience in sales within interior design, fit-out, or construction industry
Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and design concepts
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to read drawings and technical specifications
Valid driving license in Kuwait is preferred
Preferred Skills:
Experience in B2B and B2C sales
Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar design software
Strong presentation and client-handling skills
