Alhasawi Group is Hiring – Sales Engineer (Cold Rooms)
We are seeking a proactive Sales Engineer (preferably a Mechanical Engineer) with strong experience in Cold Room solutions and a proven track record in sales.
Position: Sales Engineer (Cold Rooms)
Location: Kuwait
Employment Type: Full-time
Key focus: Drive sales for cold room solutions, build and maintain client relationships, and support project delivery from concept to installation.
What You’ll Do
- Promote and sell Cold Room solutions, HVAC, and refrigeration systems
- Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
- Understand customer requirements, prepare technical and commercial proposals, and present solutions
- Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure successful project execution
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Background in Mechanical Engineering
- Proven experience in Sales – Cold Rooms / HVAC / Refrigeration (an advantage)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build, nurture, and maintain client relationships
- Must be currently available in Kuwait
- Transferable Visa 18 is mandatory
- Valid Kuwait Driver’s License required
- Preference for Arab nationality
