Sales Director – Digital Payments (Kuwait Resident)
The Sales Director will lead the company’s sales strategy, business development, and client acquisition initiatives within Kuwait’s fast-growing digital payments and financial technology (FinTech) sector. This role requires a dynamic leader with deep industry expertise, a proven track record of driving revenue growth, and strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and corporate clients
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field (required).
Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) in Business, Finance, or Strategy (preferred).
10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within Digital Payments, FinTech, Banking, or Financial Services.
Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership or director-level position managing multi-channel sales teams.
Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets, revenue goals, and market share growth.
Demonstrated success in strategic partnerships, merchant acquisition, B2B payment solutions, and digital wallet or POS solutions.
Experience managing enterprise-level clients such as banks, telecom operators, retailers, and e-commerce platforms.
In-depth understanding of digital payment ecosystems (e.g., card acquiring, payment gateways, QR, contactless payments, mobile wallets, API integrations).
