As a Sales Associate at GAMESTORE you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a memorable and enjoyable shopping experience. You will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the perfect gaming products and providing expert advice on various gaming- related topics. Key Responsibility:
•Assist customers with product selection and provide recommendations.
•Stay informed on gaming trends and industry news to offer expert advice.
Actively promote products, upsell, and meet sales targets.
•Handle cash register operations, process payments, and manage returns/exchanges.
•Maintain organized and visually appealing store displays.
•Assist with inventory management and ensure product availability.
Resolve customer issues professionally and escalate when needed.
•Keep the store clean and well-stocked.
•Follow loss prevention procedures to avoid theft.

Qualifications:
* Passion for gaming and a strong knowledge of video games and gaming culture.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* At least 1 to 2 years sales experience
* POS Transaction experience.
* Attention to detail and organizational skills.
