Sales Associate

Responsibilities:
· Demonstrate product features and benefits, and educate customers on new and emerging
technologies and trends
. Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
· Perform upselling and cross-selling to maximize sales opportunities
. Assist with inventory management, including receiving, unpacking, and restocking products
· Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system
. Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges in a professional and timely manner
. Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner

Qualifications:
. High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in a relevant field is a plus
· Proven experience in a retail sales role, preferably within a department store or a
similar multi-category environment
· Experience with electronics and home appliances is a strong advantage
. Strong product knowledge or the willingness and ability to quickly learn about
new products
· Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays
· A positive attitude, self-motivation, and the ability to work effectively
as part of a team
