We're looking for a sharp analytical mind, someone who doesn't just focus on numbers but understands the intricacies of financial operations in the e-commerce world. If you possess the skill and precision, we value your expertise and accomplishments more than your years of experience.
Main Responsibilities:
β’ Shopify Account Management: Tracking daily sales, reconciling payments, and analyzing order reports.
β’ Financial Control: Monitoring collections from payment gateways (MyFatoorah / K-Net / Apple Pay) and ensuring accurate deposits.
β’ Inventory and Cost Management: Monitoring product movement, calculating cost of goods sold (COGS), and profit margins.
β’ Periodic Reporting: Preparing weekly and monthly financial performance reports to support management decision-making.
Requirements (What We're Really Looking For):
β’ In-depth understanding of the Shopify platform: (essential) and knowledge of how to extract data from it.
β’ Extreme Accuracy: Someone with a keen eye for numbers who doesn't miss a single penny. β’ Speed ββand Availability: Full-time position with the ability to start immediately.
β’ Initiative: A person who proposes solutions to reduce costs and increase collection efficiency.
