โข Bachelorโs degree in Science or a Diploma in a related field.
โข Minimum of 7 years of experience in health, safety, and environmental management within the construction, oil & gas, or engineering industry; preferably in KOC projects.
โข Should have professional HSE certifications, such as IOSH and/or NEBOSH.
โข Proficient in incident reporting, risk assessment, and implementation of safety management systems and procedures.
โข Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to communicate safety requirements effectively across multiple levels of the organization.
โข Demonstrates attention to detail, integrity, teamwork, and proactive problem-solving behavior in promoting a strong safety culture.
โข Must have valid residency in Kuwait
