Retail Operations Supervisor

We’re Hiring | Retail Operations Supervisor – Pet Point

Key Responsibilities:
Support sales teams to achieve and exceed targets
Improve store performance through operational follow-up and reporting
Manage inventory, stock transfers, expiry monitoring, and periodic counts
Supervise cashier accuracy and daily cash deposit
Organize Grooming staff schedules, leave planning, and hygiene compliance
Monitor Talabat sales performance and reduce cancellations/out-of-stock issues
Prepare daily and weekly performance reports and improvement action plans
Deliver weekly training for sales staff (sales techniques, product knowledge, retail operations)

Requirements :
2-4 years experience in retail operations (supervisory experience required)
Bachelor’s degree
Strong Excel and reporting skills
Fluent in English & Arabic
Strong leadership, organization, and customer service skills
