Restaurant Area Manager
Key Requirements:
* Proven 4 years experience as a Restaurant Area Manager / Multi-Unit Manager
* Local hire only (currently based in Kuwait)
* Available to join immediately
* Strong experience managing Dine-In & Delivery operations
* Solid understanding of delivery platforms, KPIs, service time, and customer complaints
* Strong background in restaurant operations, cost control, and P&L management
* Ability to lead, coach, and develop Restaurant Managers and teams
* Hands-on leadership style with strong problem-solving skills Location: Kuwait
