Role Summary
We are looking for a Reservation Agent to join our team at Grand Hyatt Kuwait. The role is responsible for handling guest reservations and ensuring a smooth booking process in line with Hyatt’s service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Process reservations accurately and efficiently.
Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and booking systems.
Provide information on room types, rates, and packages.
Coordinate with other hotel departments to support guest needs.
Maintain accurate records in the reservations system.
Qualifications
Degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management (preferred).
Minimum 2 years’ experience in hotel operations or a reservations role.
Strong administrative and problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Native-level Arabic skills required; English proficiency preferred.
