Open Position: Research & Development (R&D) Specialist
* Bachelor's degree in Fashion Management, Business Adminis, marketing,
Product Development, Textile Engineering, or a related field
* 3-5 years of experience in Research & Development, Product
* Development, Category Management, or a similar role (fashion/luxury
retail preferred)
* Strong understanding of fashion trends, consumer behavior, and market
research
* Experience in product development processes, from concept to launch
* Ability to analyze market data and identify opportunities for innovation
* Strong project management and cross-functiond coordination skills
* Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation abilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and research/analysis tools
* Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)
* Based in Kuwait or with transferable residency
