Position: Recruitment Specialist
Job Purpose:
Manage the full recruitment cycle to ensure the timely hiring of qualified candidates and support organisational growth.
Responsibilities:
● Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection).
● Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and job requirements.
● Prepare and post job advertisements on various platforms.
● Screen CVs and conduct initial phone and online interviews.
● Arrange and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
● Prepare job offers and support the onboarding process.
● Maintain recruitment reports, trackers, and applicant databases.
● Participate in job fairs, career events, and employer branding activities.
● Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and labor laws.
● Provide a positive and professional candidate experience.
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
● 2–3 years of experience in recruitment.
● Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
● Excellent communication and time-management abilities.
● Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
● Bilingual (Arabic & English).
