Position: Recruitment Specialist
Job Purpose:
Manage the full recruitment cycle to ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates and support organizational growth.
Responsibilities:
β Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection).
β Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and job requirements.
β Prepare and post job advertisements on various platforms.
β Screen CVs and conduct initial phone and online interviews.
β Arrange and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
β Prepare job offers and support the onboarding process.
β Maintain recruitment reports, trackers, and applicant databases.
β Participate in job fairs, career events, and employer branding activities.
β Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and labor laws.
β Provide a positive and professional candidate experience.
Requirements:
β Bachelorβs degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
β 2β3 years of experience in recruitment.
β Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
β Excellent communication and time-management abilities.
β Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
β Bilingual (Arabic & English).
