Sidra Kuwait Hospital is seeking qualified and customer-oriented
Receptionists & Call Center Agents to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive and welcome patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
• Provide clear information about hospital services, departments, and procedures.
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls efficiently and respond to inquiries accurately.
• Schedule appointments, confirm bookings, and coordinate with relevant departments.
• Maintain accurate records and update patient information in hospital systems.
• Handle patient concerns professionally and escalate issues when required.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree (mandatory).
• Minimum 2 years of experience.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
