WE’RE HIRING – Quantity Surveyor - Mechanical (Oil & Gas)
Location: Kuwait

Purpose:
To manage quantity measurement, cost control, and variation activities for mechanical construction works, focusing on piping and pipeline projects
Key Responsibilities:
Quantity Measurement
* Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and bill of quantities (BOQ) for mechanical scope
* Perform site measurements and verify installed quantities of piping, pipelines, and supports
* Track daily and weekly mechanical progress quantities
Cost Control & Variation
* Verify contractor invoices and monthly progress claims
* Identify and prepare variation orders and claims related to mechanical works
* Monitor and control project costs against budget
Documentation & Reporting
* Maintain detailed records of measured quantities and material consumption
* Prepare monthly quantity and cost reports for management
* Support in preparation of final accounts and variation submissions
Coordination & Compliance
* Coordinate with Mechanical, QA/QC, and Planning teams for accurate measurement
* Participate in joint measurements with client representatives
* Ensure compliance with contract conditions and KOC/KNPC procedures
Qualifications & Experience:
* Bachelor Degree in Science / Arts
* Minimum 10 years experience, including 5 years in Oil & Gas construction
* Proven experience with KOC / KNPC / KIPIC / JO in piping/pipeline projects
