WE ARE HIRING QA/QC Manager (Oil & Gas) Join Our Team!
Location: Kuwait

Purpose:
To lead and manage all Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities for the pipeline project, ensuring full
compliance with KOC standards, specifications, and project requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Management & Leadership
* Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Management System (QMS) and procedures
* Lead the QA/QC team and ensure all site construction activities meet KOC quality standards
* Establish and monitor quality objectives, KPIs, and improvement plans
Site Inspection & Compliance
* Oversee all direct site inspections for mechanical, civil, and pipeline works
* Ensure compliance with approved ITPs, method statements, and KOC specifications
* Manage inspection of materials, welding, coating, NDT, hydro-testing, and civil works
Audits, Surveillance & Reporting
* Conduct internal quality audits and surveillance on subcontractors and site activities
* Manage NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), corrective actions, and preventive measures
* Prepare quality reports, monthly summaries, and support project handover documentation
Coordination & Training
* Coordinate with Client (KOC), Consultants, and Construction teams on quality matters
* Provide training and guidance to QA/QC engineers and inspectors
* Ensure all quality records are properly maintained and submitted as per project requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
* Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
* Minimum 10 years in Oil & Gas projects includes 6 years in direct site inspection / QA/QC role in construction
* Previous KOC approval is strongly preferred
