QAQC Engineer

The QA/QC Engineer is responsible for ensuring that all project and company operations comply with established quality standards, codes, and contractual requirements. Duties include conducting audits, preparing, reviewing, and maintaining QA/QC documentation, and coordinating with departments and project teams to resolve quality issues. The role requires strong technical knowledge of quality management systems, document control systems, and experience in managing documentation in line with company standards, strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively while supporting continuous improvement in processes and compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline
Minimum 7 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control activities, preferably in the construction, oil & gas, or engineering industry
Should have certification and strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards and implementation
Proficient in quality management systems, document control systems, auditing practices, and preparation/maintenance of QA/QC documentation
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Demonstrate effective communication, teamwork, attention to detail, adaptability, and commitment to continuous improvement and compliance
Must have valid residency in Kuwait
Roles and Responsibilities

Quality Assurance and Compliance: Ensure all project and company operations comply with established quality standards, codes, specifications, and contractual requirements.
Auditing and Monitoring: Conduct internal audits to verify adherence to quality management systems and support continuous compliance.
Documentation Management: Prepare, review, and maintain QA/QC documentation, records, and reports in line with company standards and project requirements.
Process Review and Improvement: Evaluate workflows and quality-related processes, recommending improvements to enhance efficiency, compliance, and consistency.
Non-Conformance and Corrective Actions: Identify and document non-conformances, recommend corrective actions, and follow up on preventive measures.
Team and Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with department, project teams, contractors, and consultants if required, to resolve quality-related issues and promote effective communication.
