Public Relationship & Social Media Officer

Responsibilities:
. Manage social media accounts
. Oversee submissions for international legal rankings and awards
. Prepare and design newsletters, corporate profiles, and promotional materials
. Communicate with local media outlets, as well as legal, training, and digital publications to promote the
group's news and achievements
· Coordinate with various departments (Legal, Training, Translation, Consultancy) to market services and
activities
. Monitor and analyze account performance using social media analytics tools
· Prepare periodic reports on digital activities and audience engagement
. Represent the group at events and exhibitions and manage related media coordination
· Propose content development ideas and contribute to enhancing the group's digital presence
Qualifications:
. Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Media, Marketing, or a related field
. Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing social media accounts and
public relations
. Strong proficiency in content writing in both Arabic and English
. Proficiency in using basic design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or Gamma
(preferred)
. Skilled in using social media management and analytics tools such as Meta
Business Suite and Hootsuite
. Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and perform
under pressure
