Job Vacancy: Mandoub (Company Representative)
Location: Kuwait
Employment Type: Full-Time
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Mandoub to join our team. The ideal candidate should be familiar with government procedures and have the ability to handle official documentation efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Handle all government-related transactions (MOI, MOH, Municipality, Immigration, Labour, Chamber of Commerce, etc.)
Process company and employee documents such as visas, renewals, transfers, and cancellations
Submit and follow up on applications, approvals, and payments
Maintain records of all completed tasks and pending documentation
Represent the company professionally across all government offices
Perform additional administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Mandoub in Kuwait
Valid Kuwaiti driver’s license
Strong knowledge of Kuwait labour, immigration, and government procedures
Good communication skills in Arabic (English is an advantage)
Ability to work independently and handle tasks under pressure
Transferable visa (18) preferred
