Job Title: Property Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day property & facility operations and tenant relations.
- Coordinate maintenance, inspection, and service providers.
- Ensure all facility management activities are carried out according to the approved OPEX and CAPEX budgets.
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and prepare reports.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Knowledge of local real estate regulations and rental procedures.
- 3-5 years of property management experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple properties and prioritize tasks effectively.
