Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- 3-10 years of proven experience in managing finishing, decorative, or construction projects
- Solid experience in the Kuwaiti / GCC market
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- In-depth knowledge of contracts, technical specifications, and HSE standards
- Valid driving license
- Technical Skills & Software
- Project Planning & Scheduling: Primavera P6, MS Project
- Construction Management & Site Supervision
- Budgeting & Cost Control
- Risk Management & Mitigation
- Engineering Design & Coordination: AutoCAD, Revit
Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects from planning to final handover
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources
- Supervise site activities ensuring quality, safety, and compliance
- Coordinate with consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Prepare progress and performance reports for senior management
