Position overview
We are seeking a results-driven Project Management Manager to lead planning, execution, and governance of diverse engagement workstreams. The role focuses on coordinating multiple project activities, maintaining documentation and dashboards, and producing governance-ready materials for leadership forums.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate multiple project workstreams to ensure delivery aligns with engagement objectives and timelines.
- Develop, maintain, and present project dashboards, status reports, minutes of meetings, action logs, and progress updates.
- Prepare and format governance materials, presentations, and communications for senior management and committees.
- Review project documents for clarity, governance alignment, and file organization in a digital repository.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve coordination issues and maintain on-track delivery.
- Support senior management with governance materials, including preparing evidence-based briefs and materials for decision-making.
- Create and maintain project documentation using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; assist with data gathering and reporting as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of project management experience.
- Certifications: PMP certification is a plus.
- Industry knowledge: Experience in Islamic banking is an added value.
- Technical skills: PMO practices, Islamic finance principles, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Soft skills: Strong bilingual communication (Arabic and English), exceptional organization, attention to detail, teamwork, reliability, and confidentiality.
