Procurement & Supply Chain Manager

We are seeking a bilingual Purchasing Manager with solid experience in the Food & Beverage industry to oversee procurement activities, manage supplier relationships, and ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end purchasing operations for F&B materials and supplies

Source, evaluate, and negotiate with local and international suppliers

Ensure timely procurement aligned with operational needs

Monitor stock levels and coordinate with stores, kitchen, and finance teams

Control costs, improve purchasing efficiency, and maintain budgets

Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and local regulations

Prepare purchasing reports and supplier performance evaluations

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Purchasing Manager in the F&B industry

Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written)

Strong negotiation and supplier management skills

Knowledge of food products, ingredients, and F&B supply chains

Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office

Strong analytical and communication skills
