· Booking appointments
· Customer retention or renewal calls
· Updating customer records in CRM systems
· Clear communication
· Persuasion and negotiation
· Active listening
· Confidence over the phone
· Basic computer and CRM knowledge
· Handling objections and Negotiation skill
· Preferably looking for Bilingual candidates
