HIRING IN KUWAIT
Position: Oracle HRMS Techno-Functional Specialist
Location: Kuwait
Salary: 1000 KD
Nationality: Indian (HIRING FROM INDIA)
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and support Oracle HRMS modules: Core HR, Payroll, OTL, OAB, SSHR, and Recruitment.
Analyze business requirements and configure HRMS modules accordingly.
Develop RICE components using PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports.
Create/modify Fast Formulas, workflows, and personalizations.
Conduct unit, integration, and UAT testing.
Prepare documentation and technical specifications.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT or related field.
6–8 years of experience in Oracle HRMS techno-functional roles.
Strong technical skills in PL/SQL and Oracle development tools.
