Education
1. University Graduate in Accounting or Computer Science.
2. Oracle E-Business Suite 12 Financials Management Implementation Certified Specialist (OCS).
3. Oracle Financials Cloud Certified Professional (OCP).

Job Requirements
1. 14+ years of relevant professional experience.
2. 14+ Years in Oracle EBS (e-Business Suite) Financial Functional implementation experience.
3. 14+ years expert level work experience as Functional Financial specialist.
4. At least 3 full cycle EBS (e-Business Suite) Financial implementation experience.
5. 12+ years expert level work experience in GFMIS (Government Financial Information Management System) projects.
6. Knowledge in International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS).
7. Work Experience/Knowledge in ORACLE AIM / OUM documentation methodologies.
8. Working experience/Knowledge participation in data migration.
9. Working experience/Knowledge in conducting training courses based on the user roles (process owners, key-users and end-users).
10. Working experience/Knowledge in Oracle Support, SR’s follow up, analyze and resolve related issues, identify needs for systems changes and improvements.
11. Excellent knowledge, communication and writing skills in English and Arabic language.
12. Good analytical skills, inquisitive, engaged, Self-motivated & team player.

Job description:
1. Responsible for diagnosis of issues in the Oracle Financial of Oracle EBS (e-Business Suite) R12.1.X live system, providing work- around and data rectification scripts and producing quality development work in an efficient manner to affect permanent software fixes. Will be part of the Live Support Team that will be involved with the on-going maintenance of the EBS (e-Business Suite) Financial live systems.

2. The candidate will act as a focal center of expertise for providing consulting services to GFMIS (Government Financial Management Information System) Kuwait stakeholders. Responsible for mapping the newly business cases and processes, streamlining to meet Stakeholders evolving requirements as and when needed. The candidate will utilize oracle functional settings and procedures to adhere with the business operational needs.

3. The candidate will take part in recommendations need to be made for deploying new functions and new systems as and when becomes applicable. Will be responsible for quality management standards set by the relevant party for conforming to the best business standards. Track system issues as they occur and remedy them in the best possible agreed manner to comply with the service level agreement set by MOF stakeholders and software licensed company.
