AL Thiqa AL Motamada Company is seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Supervisor to join our 3PL logistics team.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily logistics and delivery operations
Manage and monitor driver performance and attendance
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational KPIs
Coordinate with clients, fleet teams, and internal departments
Handle operational issues and provide timely solutions
Prepare reports and maintain operational records
Requirements:
Experience in logistics, transportation, or 3PL operations
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
English proficiency required; Arabic is an advantage
