Operations Manager

We’re Hiring – Operations Manager
Location:

First 3 months: Kuwait ( process setup)

Then: Cairo, Egypt (administrative office)

About the Role:
Pet Point is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our delivery and fulfillment operations, enhance processes, train teams, and ensure seamless order flow from warehouse to customer.

What You’ll Do:

Oversee delivery operations (supervisors, order takers, pickers, call center, drivers)

Implement and improve SOPs & ERP (ODOO)

Monitor KPIs, reduce cancellations & missing orders

Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Marketing, and IT

Manage inventory, warehouse layout, and operational forecasting

Drive continuous process improvements across departments

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years in operations management (retail/FMCG preferred)

Strong leadership & ERP experience

Excellent Arabic & English communication skills

Benefits:

Quarterly bonus up to 25% of basic salary.
