We are hiring a Business Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Manage sales targets, revenue growth, total merchandise volume (RMV), and overall profit and loss for the OmniTech division.
- Develop and implement individual channel growth strategies, setting clear monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Enhance profitability, improve profit margins, and adhere to budgets in coordination with the Finance Department.
- Develop and deliver data-driven business and growth plans, along with performance forecasts.
- Identify new revenue streams, cross-selling opportunities, and opportunities to expand the local and regional market.
- Lead and hold department heads accountable through key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance dashboards.
- Take full responsibility for business results, ensuring that strategy aligns with operational processes.
- Provide regular performance reports to senior management.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - Revenue and Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) growth
- Improved profitability and margins
- Accurate forecasting and budget adherence
- Channel and team performance
Required Qualifications
- Over 10 years of experience in senior leadership positions in business or commerce
- Strong experience in multi-channel sales and profit and loss management
- Knowledge of IT/comprehensive technology business
- Proven ability to lead senior managers
- Analytical thinking, business acumen, and a results-oriented mindset
- Experience in the GCC region is preferred
