Female Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily salon operations, including scheduling, inventory, and customer service
* Manage and support staff, including stylists, receptionists, and assistants
* Monitor and improve customer experience through feedback and quality control
* Handle recruitment, training, and performance evaluations for team members
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
* Implement and improve operational procedures and policies
* Collaborate with the owner on marketing, promotions, and business growth strategies
* Manage salon programs, appointment systems, and reports
* Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare performance reports to support decision-making
* Manage profit and loss (P&L)
* Handle customer complaints or feedback with professionalism and care
Requirements:
* Proven experience in managing salon operations (preferably two or more years)
* Strong leadership and management skills
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Focus on customer service and high quality
* Familiarity with salon software
* Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
* Understanding Finance and Budgeting Essential
