We Are Hiring – Operations Manager (Automotive)
Location: Al Rai, Kuwait

We are currently seeking a qualified Operations Manager for our Automotive Division based in Al Rai, Kuwait.

Requirements:
Male candidate (as per operational requirements)
Arab nationality
Proven experience as an Operations Manager in the automotive industry
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage daily operations, staff performance, and business targets
Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
Currently residing in Kuwait

Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage day-to-day automotive operations
Ensure efficiency, quality standards, and compliance with company policies
Supervise and coordinate with workshop, sales, and support teams
Monitor performance, KPIs, and operational costs
