Operations Manager

Al-Rashed Group Holding Co. KSCC is seeking a highly experienced Operations Manager – Fishing & Remedial to lead a new strategic project for KOC. This role is ideal for a technically strong and commercially driven professional with proven expertise in Fishing [Big Tools], Open & Cased Hole Operations.

The position holds full responsibility for Operational Performance, project execution, safety compliance, asset utilisation, and client/customer satisfaction.

Job Description:-
-Lead a new Fishing & Remedial project with KOC, and others.
-Full oversight of Big Fishing Tools Operations.
-Manage Fishing, Milling, Workover & Re-Entry activities.
-Direct leadership of Field Supervisors, Workshop, and Logistics teams
-Responsibility for Operational KPIs, performance and utilization.
-High-level Technical Troubleshooting and Client engagement.

Ideal Candidate Profile:-
-Engineering background (Mechanical / Petroleum or related) or relevant Fishing Experience.
-10+ years of experience in Fishing & Remedial Operations
-3–5 years in an Operations leadership role.

Strong hands-on experience in:
- Open Hole & Cased Hole Applications.
- Big Fishing Tools.
- Workover & Milling Operations.
- Whipstock / Side Tracking Operations.
- Operational, Project & Asset management.
-Strong leadership presence with a commercial and client-focused mindset.
