Description
Work Location: Sharq, Kuwait City
Working Hours: 8am - 5pm (Friday & Saturday off)
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, manage, and monitor the clinic project from initiation to completion.
Coordinate with clinical, administrative, and operational teams.
Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
Ensure projects comply with healthcare regulations, policies, and quality standards.
Track project progress and prepare regular status reports for management.
Manage communication between stakeholders, vendors, and healthcare teams.
Oversee implementation of healthcare systems, processes, or operational improvements.
Conduct meetings, follow-ups, and project evaluations.
Overseeing the daily operations of the clinic to ensure efficient service delivery, exceptional patient experience, regulatory compliance, and achievement of organizational goals.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in healthcare or medical settings
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience in hospitals, clinics, medical centers, or healthcare groups
Understanding of healthcare operations and compliance standards
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
