Onboarding Officer!

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Onboarding Officer with a restaurant industry background to lead visa coordination, documentation, and cross-department onboarding. You’ll be the point person for overseas hires and a key collaborator with embassy consultants to ensure a seamless, compliant onboarding experience.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate overseas visa processes for new hires
- Serve as primary liaison with embassy consultants and immigration partners
- Oversee onboarding documentation, checklists, and compliance across departments
- Ensure smooth transition from offer to first day and beyond, with excellent candidate experience
- Maintain accurate records in our onboarding systems and generate regular reports
- Identify process improvements to streamline onboarding workflows

Qualifications:
- Substantial experience in the restaurant industry with onboarding, documentation, and organizational duties
- In-depth knowledge of visa procedures and embassy liaison protocols
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Clear, proactive communicator with ability to collaborate across teams
- Experience with HRIS/onboarding platforms is a plus
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
