Odoo Technical Manager (Kuwait Resident)
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- 6–10+ years experience in Odoo development and customization.
- 3+ years in a leadership or managerial technical role.
- Proven track record leading Odoo enterprise deployments.
- Experience with multi-module setups (HR, CRM, Sales, Accounting, Recruitment, E-Commerce, Inventory, Website).
- Hands-on experience in upgrading Odoo versions (e.g., 12 → 16 → 17/18/19).
- Strong knowledge of Odoo Framework (ORM, models, views, workflows, QWeb, Owl)
- Strong understanding of system security, backup strategies, and data protection.
